Backup Question - Note 4 - Marshmallow - Helium/carbon

Greetings,

Intending to do a Factory Reset, I now have the Pro version of Helium, and have put a 'select all' backup copy onto my PC.
(I also copied all of the contents of both the Phone and the Card manually into a folder on my PC)

I am wondering what will be missing when I restore after a factory reset? WiFi settings? Something else? I suppose Google will restore my contacts.

What will I wish I had done? (after it's too late)

I am trying to figure out how big a job it will be and how long to plan to spend restoring settings.

I am attempting to fix an "Unfortunately, Settings has stopped" error...

Is Settings crashing only when you try to use a particular setting? If so, is it possible that you have disabled an app which is used in processing that setting? I had that happen once, and re-enabling the app I had disabled resolved the problem.

Hi - actually, I am trying to get into Settings>Text-to-speech options ... to set it back to US English (from the nice Australian accent English) to fix a "OK Google" not responding.
I read somewhere that US English is the only one that OK Google works with.
Try as I might, even in Safe Mode, (and with S Voice disabled and enabled [without a restart] I can't get past the error message.
Microphone works.
"OK Google" does not stay "on" after attempting to train three times
I poked around the other Settings settings and the only one that throws the error is the Text-to-speech

Factory reset in progress - "OK Google" is operational

Wondering when I can do a Restore from Helium....the Play Store will be trying to download 150 apps
