I'm new to android, to smartphones for that matter. I have the Galaxy S3 with ICS. I have been experiencing difficulties with the OS. It crashes and freezes and I'm still within the 30 day store guarantee so I've decided to return it for a new one. They tell me if I do, they can only set up my contacts on the new phone. For anything else I have to back up my phone on my computer. I read about rooting, but I don't want to do that, as I'm a true rookie with these things. i just want a simple app, pictures, videos, music, sms/mms back up to my computer. Can anyone help me with this?
