Bad luck or bad technician??

I have an S7. Last month the LCD screen broke. I took it to a local repair shop and a few days later started seeing purple spots. So we took it back and they replaced it for free and said it must have been a bad screen. Now a few days later I have some dead spots on the touchscreen and I am seeing purple spots again. Could anything other than a second bad screen be causing these issues? I have a feeling the repair guy might try to fight us on the second replacement.

Is the shop reputable? Did you get a written warranty? If so, then take it back. A reputable repair shop would warrant its work.
