BAD Pixel

Just noticed today that I bad pixel has developed on my screen and it's driving me nuts!!! Should I take it back to Verizon??? Would they even exchange it for another unit??
 
If it's bugging you I would. It's before the 14 day period. They should exchange it without a problem.

hell yeah you should. i once bought a dell monitor that arrived with two dead pixels. i must have talked to 4 different people who all told me its normal. after not willing to accept a defective unit they finally heard enough of my and replaced it. go get a new one. if they say no, just return the phone and buy it again.
 
I agree with the above. You don't want to have a dead pixel diving you batty for two years.

14 day period does not even matter. It has a year warranty. Had that on my gnex and got another.
 
I had a couple of bad pixels on my Droid X camera. Didn't even wait to think about it, I got a new one right away and was very happy I did.
