Bad SD card?

Do I have a bad SD card?

I bought a 32 GB microsd card for my replacement DX. I tried transferring files from my old phone/sd card to my new one. I formatted through the phone and later through my computer. I cannot load anything from my computer (PC). Actually, it copies and then it disappears. I tried emailing some files and then downloaded them to my DX but they disappeared as well. I don't see a read only switch on it. The only thing I was able to transfer was Titanium Backup files.

I am rooted on stock gingerbread.

If you pull the card and plug it into the PC directly, can you browse the filesystem and locate the files?
