bandwidth monitor toor?

So, I look down and notice my 3g data indicator on the top bar is showing a lot of activity. Only, I just force-closed every open app, and have absolutely nothing running. This is clearly something running in the background, sending data somewhere to someone.

I want to know what is sending and to whom.

Best way to accomplish this?

Is you Gmail set to sync auto. Your market is always checking for updates too. Then there are sprint updates.
