Unfortunately the apps listed on here does not reflect the IHO apps very well, not to mention that a lot of programs affect one another as well.

If you take the time to read the IHO thread there is a couple of posts in there that explain what people are removing.

I cant honestly say what page to start on but through out the thread it covers several different people discussing what to remove and what not to remove.

This is my list of things that can be safely removed from a pure IHO build, combine this with the Poo remover list and you have a pretty comprehensive one:

If anything I probably wrote too much

Please remember, if you remove some of those apps, you will have settings options in various menus that will not function and may crash your phone if you select them.

Does removing these items give any better speed on the phone?

ADWLauncher.apk - you need a launcher, so if you haven't installed a different one, leave this.
Cyanbread.apk this is part of the theme. Semi safe to delete.
Email.apk, if you need it later, you will have to flash gapps. It is not found on the market.
LiveWallpapersPicker.apk - removing this disables the ability to use ANY live wallpaper.
ThemeChooser.apk - same as above but for themes
ThemeManager.apk - same as above but for themes
VpnServices.apk - will disrupt vpn if you need it.

The rest is entirely safe to remove without any lasting effects. They can be added again later from the Market or they just plain aren't used for anything you will use or care about.
