battery after update

Go under settings ,syncs, take make sure u uncheck things u dont want synced up..after up date things i had off were turned back on!

I did that first thing. Makes no difference. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining since the phone is much smoother, but the battery loss is very noticeable.

I checked my usage, and bluetooth has taken up %30. I haven't made any calls today or used bluetooth. I always left this on before and it was never an issue.
Standby is 30%, so is Phone Idle. Android is 10%, the rest is display.

It does seem better today (I turned it off over night). My thinking is that something is going on with the bluetooth. That might be why some people are having problems and other not. Maybe those that aren't using bluetooth are ok?

make sure you check what programs are running and kill off the garbage stuff.

My battery life seems to have gotten better. I've been uplugged for 7h27m and I am still at 87%. Granted, I've only made two calls, some internet browsing, and some texts.

Yeah my phone seems to be losing battery strength much faster as well after the update.....normally I don't complain about the battery but this time its very noticeable.

I think you posted this in the wrong forum/thread. This thread is concerning the Evo (which already has Froyo) and the update Sprint just released. You should visit the Epic forum which has a thread dedicated to the issue you described.

i did your right sorry guys
