Are you referring to removing the battery from the chin?
If so the technique to easy removal is to push it in one direction into the chin and then push in the opposite direction. I believe a diagram is included with the phone.

That is what I meant..what's the point of having a removable battery if it takes such an effort to remove it.

To keep it from falling out if you use it vigorously with nothing else holding it in.

It merely requires a flick of the wrist to take out and replace the battery. I am sure there are several instructional videos on Youtube. I find changing the battery to be a joy not a chore.
