Battery charged unplug charger wont go away

so basically when i unplug my charger when i get up in the morning the unplug charger thing doesnt go away, and sometimes when i get into my car and plug it in the car charger it gets stuck on desk cradle...has this happend to anyone? or any ideas if i can fix it?

First thing I would try is taking the battery out for a few seconds and then plugging it back in. This reboots the system much like you sometimes have to reboot a computer.

Then I would press the menu button (bottom left hard key)>settings>scroll down to dock settings>click auto launch> and then click on never.

Try those steps and see if this solves your issue.
