Battery charger issues

When I first bought my N7 in 9/12, the battery charger used to charge my N7 really fast. Then the USB cord just stopped working out of nowhere. So I had to buy a new USB cord. It worked good, but now it takes FOREVER to fully charge. Could it be my new USB cord or the charger itself?

Also, does leaving it on the charger over night mess up the battery? I've done it countless times because by the time it's night, I end up falling asleep forgetting it's charging.

It's probably the new cord you bought. Did you buy the one from the Google play store? Or a third party brand?

Agree that it may be the cable. Try to find one specifically for the N7.

Leaving it plugged in overnight won't harm the battery (assuming you don't have a poorly made defective knockoff charger).

Just order it from Google play.
