Battery Charges While Off or In Safe Mode Only

Hello,

I have searched the net high and low. Many users experienced the same problem, but no clear solutions.

So, my battery only charges while being off or in safe mode. Anyone has any suggestions?

Recommend using genuine ASUS adapter and USB cable. Are there any 3rd party apps installed that may be causing the issue in normal boot? Have you tried performing a hardware reset including wipe cache partition?
