Battery charging speed

Is it just me or does this phone charge ridiculously fast for a DROID?
My rezound took forever to charge.
This thing charges in half the time.

I love how fast it charges.

(People are going to be very annoyed by you referring to the Galaxy Nexus as a Droid. It's very much not a Droid.)

The included wall adapter is 1A output, versus the typical 850mA on a lot of wall/car adapters I've seen. That definitely helps. It's (unsurprisingly) pretty slow to charge when plugged into a 500mA USB port on a computer.

@ultra yes i'm sure they will. i ignorantly use DROID when i mean Android.

@rad it even charges quickly when on other wall chargers and the car charger. its awesome. even if my battery drains fast it charges just as fast. love it

My phone charged from 17% to 92% in an hour the other day. I'm no longer concerned about battery life with that kind of quick-charge capability.
