Is anyone else experiencing a quicker battery drain after the update?

I only had the phone a day before the update, but battery life has been great so far. No issues here, on the XL.

Same. 5 hrs sot on a phone this fast and compact is amazing!!!

After the update I thought I was imagining shorter battery life today(4G and no wifi), so I powered down the phone and turned it back on and the battery seems to actually be better than even before!

Good for you. My pixel xl is half the size, twice as powerful and has a denser, brighter screen.

My pixel xl battery life was really bad right after the update. It was great before. I powered down and turned it back on and it is back to being great again.

You should consider rebooting the phone after updates. Maybe clear the cache while you're at it.
