battery drain

Can someone help me out here please. My battery lately has been drained a lot,more than usual since i got my phone which was only a month or 2 ago.. i had a problem at first with the camera daemon app but not lately.

Now the new problem im faced with is my screen usage has lately been staying at 30% or even more the past few days. As seen in this screen shot i took a couple mins ago, this is probably the highest its been.

I could use any suggestions you guys have. Thank you!

I had this problem after the lollipop update try wiping the cache or factory reset it but how high do you keep your brightness all day if you don't mind me asking because I have never seen such high screen usage

my phone hasnt even updated yet. Plus i keep my brightness on auto always unless i cant see anymore. Which i dont even put it on full brightness maybe 1/4 of the way only. today its at 25% which is more of the normal usage it usually has.
