So last night i charged my Note 10+ to 100%. With airplane mode ON. Wifi off, Bluetooth off, NFC off.

I unplugged at 01.00AM and by 08.00AM i had 83% left... Turns out Speedtest was running in background for 7 mins... And Google Play Services was also running in background for 6 hours and 40 mins.

This for me is bad. Worse than my P30 Pro, S10+ and whatever i have used before...

are u using AOD ??? if yes try without and see

I agree.

How about putting your phone in Safe Mode which disables the downloaded apps and leaves the stock ones working and then see what happens.

In the past I found Google play services to be doing that every now and again but 13% doesn't sound overly bad if it is combined with aod use as well, depending on the aod you use it can run half to one percent battery per hour on it's own.
I keep mine on a 5w wireless charge overnight as a desk clock and alarm so haven't had any issues like that for a long time

So you're using a 5w wireless charger to charge your N10 overnight?

I have always found Samsung phones to be bad for standby battery drain, there just seems to be way more going on that is difficult (or impossible) to stop. Overall battery across the day is fine but if you compare to other phones I think Samsungs just seem to use more battery when just sitting there doing nothing.

Yup. The best for me personally is still iPhones.. 2nd is Huawei... Then comes Xiaomi and gang... Samsung is like almost the bottom...

iPhone is definitely best at standby. Unfortunately though when using the phone it depletes the battery much faster than most phones I've used.

Not sure I agree with the 2ndnpart of your statement but the first part is true. My Pro Max stays at 100% for a few hours if I'm not using it.

I don't have the 11 series, but I've had every iPhone from the 3G-XS Max. It is indeed true at least up to the XS Max I have. Especially for video.

1 thing for sure my N10+ depletes faster than my wife's Pro Max... Lets say watching the same youtube video with the same resolution... Not a big difference but yes it depletes faster... But N10+ charges faster. So yeah hahaha.

My wife's Pro Max could have 100% before sleep and 98% at least when she wakes up... Thats just crazy... So far, in my personal usage, only a P30 Pro can go against that.

No not crazy, here a GSAM screen shot of another Huawei device, almost 9 hours standby/screen off with just 1% drain. Although this is not the case all the, sometimes 2 sometimes 3%. Screenshot_20191212_103510_com.gsamlabs.bbm.pro.jpg
