Battery draining too fast

I would try a soft reset first from the settings menu like the poster above recommended. See how that goes first and if a hard reset is needed perhaps you can get help in person from your carrier or the place of purchase.

Don't forget to back up your photos/files/contacts first.

I was able to do it via the power button with home button thing. It seems to be better right now at 2 hr screen time with 52% remaining.. How low do I let it go before charging it to 100% again?

I think most recommendations on the forum suggest letting the battery reach 20-30% before charging back up.

So i was able to get 4 hr SoT time before charging it at 8% this morning (was at work and didn't have a charger) and now that its charged it's draining super fast again :/
