What could cause this battery drop? The device is not awake, so it is not a wakelock problem. Any ideas?

thats a huge drop, do you have the screen shot that shows you what apps are using what percentage of your battery? also it states at the top of your screen shot that its 2 days on battery, has it been running for 2 days without a charge?

I have experienced similar drop today... its was 55% and was running for 1 day and 15 hrs....
