battery gets really hot

Does your dinc2 get really hot? Lately my battery temp seems really hot whenever I use the phone. The hottest has been 125 f when I use the phone. I went to the VZW store and the rep just told me that the phones warm up and is normal. He is sending me new battery. I had a fascinate before and it never was this hot. Wondering if the phone is bad.

I have noticed a hot battery on occasion. for me it seems to be related to signal strength. if you are in low signal area I guess the phone has to work extra hard to keep a connection with the towers... or something like that.
