Bone stock with all bloat enabled? That's not bad if that's the case.

I'm on CleanROM ICS and battery life is dandy, even on the stock battery.

I noticed something odd with the ics leak, my phone seems to charge faster, while playing Angry Birds Space. I was shocked to see the led turn green, while playing.

All week while in Washington D.C., I needed my phone to last at least 12 hours a day. I found that simply turning off the mobile data and only turning it on here n there to let everything update and sync, I was able to do 14 hour days easily. Lots of use of the camera did cut that down a bit, but never ran out of juice. Took phone off charger around 7am each day and back on around 10pm, usually 40% battery left. Worst day was in the red about thirty minutes before I got back to the hotel.

I'm a happy camper!!!

I think this phone got a bad rap early on, especially in the blogosphere, before people realized the stock battery would need some tuning to get dialed in to user habits. Unfortunately, corners need to be trimmed in some ways on that battey. I think this is a great example of making it work for you, instead of letting it run against the grain. I enjoy reading a sensibe review. By no means am I saying many the disses on the stock battery size & life aren't valid points. It's just nice to read that someone who chose not to go the way of ext. battery or portable this and thats, made it work for them and had a very tolerable experience doing so. 4g phones should put a smile on owners faces. I hope oems don't read his post, they still need to crank up the mahs tey use in stock batteries.

Well if the OEMs read this they need to understand that I would be much more likely to go android again if they can get better batteries. Otherwise I might switch back to iPhone. I would prefer to have my phone fully functional!

LOL
