battery glitch with ics

I am using bigxie ics 4.0.3 build and battery life doesn't show
the life since the battery got unplugged .Battery life is great
With one random reboot.
Is there a glitch in ics with regards to how it calculates the battery

Ok I think there might be a glitch as today the phone battery is dead after 3 hours of use

I would get a charge, boot into CWM and go to advanced/wipe battery stats.

get a full charge and see how it goes from there.

I did wipe the battery stats the battery life is same. I think
Its time for different ics rom as I keep on getting the message
That android process is not responding .
