Battery Health 40.3%

So i was opening Phone INFO+ and it says my Battery Health is 40.3%...okay my question is... Is this even reliable? Because i usually use this app to check Manufacture Date. And i was looking around and im shocked...

Hahaha. I cant comment on Root status... I only believe the Manufacturing Date...

I usually just use the phoneinfo app when I first start looking at the settings of a new phone to double check the CsC code and that's pretty much it !
