Battery health check

Hi just wonder how accurate battery apps are when it comes to health, been using accu battery monitor for last few days and wonder if is accurate or not?

The thing I am looking at estimated battery capacity is showing 2702 mah over 10 cycles, so my battery lost 300mah in 11 months, hmm will need to invest in new battery next year by the looks of not sooner.
