Which ROM are you running? You can find out a good battery saving kernel for the ROM. Also, try Juice Defender to control your data.

I'm running Fresh and I did have it and it didn't really help

You let your batteries fully charge and discharge, right?

I'll see if I can get those and I don't let if fully discharge

Fully charge your most used battery to 100%. Wipe battery stats. Let the battery FULLY discharge (let it die) and that should help.

You have a custom recovery, right? Just go under "Advanced" or "Developer Options" depending on what recovery you use and then select "Wipe Battery Stats"

... Are you freaking kidding me!? How did you flash your Custom ROM!? XD you can't flash a ROM with a stock recovery... So...just, what kind of recovery do you have? Unless someone did it for you. Then, you would shut down your phone, hold down the "Volume Down + Power" button, in that order, them you'll see something called the HBoot screen. From there, you will navigate the menu with the volume buttons. Highlight "Recovery" and then press the power button. You should see the HTC screen and then, if you have a custom Recovery, the menu for itm . If it's stock, you'll see a phone laying flat with a green arrow pointing down surrounded by a green circle composed of two arrows. Then, a few seconds later, a phone with a red exclamation mark surrounded by a red triangle. At which point, you would push "Volume Up + Power" IN THAT ORDER and you should see HTC's stock recovery. I don't think you could wipe battery stats from the stock recovery.
