I have a question about phone insurance. Has anyone used Samsung Care plus as far as filing a claim with them? How was the process? I've read some bad reviews online on Samsung plus care plus.

I have the option to use Verizon insurance which is thru asurion. Which one would you guys recommend. Thanks

I have not.

Bought my S25u during pre-order with an Amex card that has replacement insurance.

If that were not the case, I would go to UbreakIfix, sign up for Asurion and have them fix it for ~$200 out of pocket plus a 1-month subscription fee before cancelling.

With the Fold 3 I carried insurance through ATT which ended up being Asurion.

They either partner or own ubreakifix and luckily I have a few local locations, but the whole time I owned the device, the only thing needed was to replace the factory screen protector on the inside display (cracking in the center).

Each time I had it replaced they charged me and said it wasn't something covered under the warranty.

This time around, I'm saying F-that and trying to just save the $15/no or whatever amount it's up to now.

I pay 13.86 for Samsung care , I've used it for the Fold 6 and now Fold 7 so far haven't used it .
