Battery Icon Color

My battery icon color is no longer blue; it's white. How can I get the blue color to return? I've done a reset and installed a new sim card, both without changing the color.

You would have to root the phone to do that. Google changed the standard icon color from blue to white in Kit Kat.

I kinda like the white for a change.Its been since I was on Eclair OS that I had an white battery icon.
I would root my previous phones days after I got them once I learned how.
It would be cool if Google would just put into its OS a option to be able to change the color,for those who wanted to tho.I remember when you had to be rooted just to take a screenshot ,the same way you do now without root.So it seems like it would be possible to have that color option for the battery,clock, signal,etc.

I like the white. its neutral..

u cant change it unless u have root and install a mod
