Battery is not lasting more than 12 hours max...

I'm not sure what's going on but over the past month my battery life seems to just be getting worse and worse. I have nearly every samsung specific feature turned off, google now turned off, all that face recognition/accessibility options off. Yet I get about 12 hours or so of battery life after 3-4 hours of screen time. Any ideas? Attached stats below. It's really frustrating :/.

I would recommend purchasing a new battery. Buy an authentic OEM and not one of those aftermarket batteries that claim better capacity.

I've only had it for about 10 months. Figured it would last longer but I could go that route if that really is the issue.
