What background usage of Edge Screen are you guys getting?
My usage is 2.1% but background is 15 h 37 m. I have only had 1 hour 20m screen on today and only 68% battery left lol

I'm at 72% with 2hrs and 30min SOT right now lol.

Yes Edge Screen, One UI Home and Google Play Services all have really high background usage for me and I see no way of turning off background usage. I'm at 29% left for today with only 3 hours and 25 minutes of SOT

Wow! Strange even for the Snapdragon. I've put as much as I can to sleep now so ill give it another charge tomorrow and see how it goes.

I haven't been doing too bad for SOT up until now.
Strange things these phones lol.

Yes and I've put like 80% of my apps into deep sleep, turned off mobile data and Bluetooth and only use Wi-Fi and it's still that bad.

Well that sucks. Me personally i have edge screen disabled i don't use it at all.

One UI, Google Play Services, and some of the other built in stuff tends to taper off for me after a few weeks of use. I have no idea why mine are always so high for the first several weeks of owning a phone.

I'm at 84% with 2hrs 47 min SoT. My battery issues definitely stem from my signal at work. I thought my battery life was awful at first, and I was really disappointed. Then I started really paying attention to when I was noticing my battery being low at the end of the day.

Me too. I love my Edge Panels. I don't so much care about Edge Lighting, but I use the panels several times a day.

I'm at 84% with 2hrs 47 min SoT. My battery issues definitely stem from my signal at work. I thought my battery life was awful at first, and I was really disappointed. Then I started really paying attention to when I was noticing my battery being low at the end of the day.

It's how it is some days is better than other days like I'm again at the mountains, i live in Laramie Wyoming so when i go up to the mountains network gets a bit bad , but with that said i still get SOT over 8 to 9 hrs by the mountains lol.

I drop in and out of having coverage constantly at work. My texts tend to not send on the first try, and I have to resend them. Sometimes several times. I would just turn mobile data off completely, and just use company wifi if everybody I knew used Signal or had RCS. The building I work in is basically completely metal including the roof, so signal is terrible.

I've also never found the need to use a powerpack. I think battery life is overblown. Most of the world has electricity readily available.

Meh i have when we spend the day at the zoo or hiking at the state parks where we are necessarily around a power source and for this reason I have a 5000mAh in my pockets always for those you just never know reasons.

Your battery won't last a day at the zoo?
We recently went hiking at some state parks in central NYS and never had an issue.
If it works for you though, glad there is an option.

At my house I get no coverage at all and I've tried all carriers to make sure. If I didn't have WiFi, WiFi calling and a landline for emergencies I wouldn't be on this thread lol
