Battery Life discussion thread.

That’s pretty damn good. What’s settings? I’m not bragging but my iPhone 11 Pro Max gets 10ish but I also don’t really know anymore. It never falls below 40-50 because I have the Samsung wireless chargers. Which surprisingly work well for iPhones.
Its not bad for 120hz display , my Note 10+ got 10 to 12 SOT but 60hz . Nothing disabled its as is from Samsung. Yeah I use my samsung wireless charger for my iPhone 11pro works great my pixel wireless charger for other phones is a hit or miss :(

Wow that’s pretty good. Hopefully I can pick up my note 20 Ultra tomorrow after work. Probably gonna keep my pro max too.

Don't listen to the battery complaints, it's just to early to say how good/bad it will be, plus we all setup and use our phones differently

I hope you realise that people are comparing with their previous two or three phones to make a judgement on whether the battery is good enough.

Once the phone learns your usage patterns, it's not going to be this miraculous increase in battery. It will be minimal

Iphones measure screen time differently so can't really compare the two. Iphones count music and audio when locked as screen usage which android don't

I know that used to be the case but idk if it is now. Mine clearly shows screen on and off times and it seems accurate.

Anyone who has an iPhone 11 Pro Max knows the phone has extremely good battery life. I tend to average 9+ hrs SOT with moderate to high use.

The only weak point I'm seeing on the Note 20 is the battery life and the weird camera shutter lag. I average just over 6 hrs of SOT on the note (adaptive 120hz turned on). It's passable but doesn't compare to my iPhone 11 pro Max. I never had to worry about carrying an external battery charger for my iPhone but will for the Note 20.

You on SD? Agree my 11 ro max battery was great but guess it only has 60hz and lower resolution as well plus doesn't have the same functions so guess can lose more power plus let's face it the chips are optimised differently

SD 865 is about the same efficiency as the A13

Yes I'm on Snapdragon. As I said before the SOT is passable but with all the great features the Note 20 Ultra has, it should have a larger battery. Then it would be called a beast of a phone. I still love it though. This is my first Note since the Note 5.

Right now my mind is blown..am I reading this right? At noon I took it off the charger at 100%..where I point to..and now its saying 6hr 20 and I'm at 51%. Dynamic motion on.
