Battery Life In Eco Mode

Anyone aactually using the ECO Mode? I use it but dont really notice a difference in battery life, nor do I notice a slow down in the phone when in ECO Mode. I did notice it scores lower in the Quadrant benchmarks I have ran when in ECO Mode

Well, I'll toss in some input. I've been playing around with eco mode, running it all day and have had significantly better battery life. More similar to what I had when I was an iphone user. I haven't noticed much difference in terms of speed, surprisingly, except when running games etc (expected). For that sort of thing I just shut it off using the notification bar.
