Battery life is awful

From what I hear, the TB. Battery is decent once the phone breaks in too.

you just have to wait! after 2 weeks the life will improve!

i have 5 hours awake time and 13 hours uptime as of now with 25% left.

stock battery, 4g on 100% of the time, auto brightness, and heavy use today.
with moderate use i get 15-18 ours of uptime.

follow some of the tips in the battery forum and wait it for the battery and android to break in.

What's funny is it has been 2 weeks since the phone came out, and my battery somehow died yesterday doing nothing in 5 hours. It gets such random battery performance.

I called verizon and complained about the battery and wanted a replacement. They didnt have and regular in stock so they sent me a extended battery..which is what i really wanted anyways! #win

My battery life has increased dramatically. I’m now pulling my phone off charge at 7am and by 11pm it's at 40-50% battery with 15+ hours. I’m super happy with it. And yes I'm using my phone for surfing, streaming music and phone calls.

I had about 80% battery left the other night, put it on standby and came back about 4 hours later to find my phone shut off, wouldnt turn back on (even after a battery pull).. turns out it died completely so I had to plug it in, then after about 5 minutes of that it turned back on. = / Had it for about a week and a half

Only had 3g on, dont live near 4g, and have barely any apps set to auto sync.

Had mine since the original release date. It has started to actually die. Same thing happened to me with the charger plug-in, then waiting. I was pissed as I NEEDED to make a call but the phone was dead. I'll be complaining to Verizon tomorrow.
