battery life issues

I barely use my phone and getting roughly 10-13% drop an hour

What are you doing with Polaris Viewer? Why is it consuming so much battery?

Also how is LTE coverage in your area? Do you get strong signal regularly?

In both of those photos "Polaris Viewer" is producing a significant battery drain. Your LTE signal is also weak in both screens which will contribute to more battery drain.
