Battery Life on 4.2 ROMs

Anyone running a 4.2 rom with fixed battery life? All the ones I tried awhile back suffered from unusable drain. If really like to use paranoid if possible.

Did you do the SD card swap too? Cause I wanna try out those ROMs but if they don't have the SD card swap (like I have on my Jelly Beans v.11), II'll keep my ROM.
