Mine was horrible for one day or of nowhere. It was Google services and Facebook that was killing it. I reset Google Play store and Facebook app. Now it's back to getting about 24 hours with about 5 hours of screen time. I don't do anything to get better battery life. I have everything sync as often as possible auto brightness, bluetooth, wifi, gps, auto rotate, ect. always on.

Seems to be finishing really fast that i have to charge it everyday.

I only uses WiFi for whatsapp mainly. It finishes around 9 sth everyday

you need to run it down more, and post screen on time (> 2 hrs) together with usage list. At a glance, 5hrs, 15%, thats 33 hrs total and not bad.

imgur: the simple image sharer I'm having the same issue. I feel like my battery life isn't as good as it supposed to be from reading how everyone else says their battery life is.

I say check and see what apps are causing you problems. I've had my note 3 for 2 weeks now and my battery life is starting to get better. I posted some screenshots for today before I placed it on the charger.

This is incredible battery. Can you advise what changes you made or what you have on or off. Such as:

Google Now
Location Services
Screen brightness
Wifi

You have got to be kidding. Screen on 36% of 5 hours and at 5 hrs you're still at 85% left. That's well over one full day Just how much battery do you think you can get out of one of these things?

pls help me guys !! i just bought note3 yesterday and isnt happy with the timings of battery.. it drains so fast like after every 2,3 mints it drains 1%

Goggle play services, while relatively low on your list now, will end up much higher throughout the day. In location services I have turned off goggle, WiFi and mobile network. Seems to help.

what's the use of having such a costly cell phone if u ve to turn everythng off besides note2 was really gud battery wise but note3 overall performance is far better excpt the battry issue

What's the point of asking for help if you're going to bash the answer?

Besides, you can still have location services on using GPS, it's just that the Google services allow apps you're not even using to access your location.

Did you even look into the location services menu or did you just want to ***** and moan?

That information is simply not enough to find a solution. Install wakelock detector and activate the advanced options so you can see system apps and find what is killing your battery.

In my case, I had nlp wakelocks going crazy overnight from the alarm(!). Google keep was also a big battery hog for me. Either way, it's a bit of a detective role and it will take a few days before you find what the problem is, but it's worth it.

In my case, I get 7+ hours of screen after 30+hours on a charge, so I couldn't be happier with it.

when i full charged my battery on note3 and installed the app `gsam` it shows the battery 625mah while isnt the battery of note3 3100 ma.. i just want to ask what is this thng im confused !! please help

I have a similar but worse issue with my note 3.

Before this my battery life was just great. I'm using the international snapdragon version of the note 3.

A few days ago i was prompt to update the phone for some stability improvements. After doing so my battery life drained much quicker, and the phone gets hot when I put it through some multitasking. ( It didn't heat up at the time before the update.) Now my baseband version is N9005XXUDMJ7. stock touchwiz android 4.3

I've done a factory reset and yet this issue still persists, never downloaded any new apps after the update. Everything's the same.

Screen on time is 2h 9mins at 36% battery life.
Please help me =(

(Hard reset is when you remove the battery then hold the power button for 2 minutes to drain all the remaining power out of the phone a then reinsert battery) also power saving mode does help. You can even chose to keep Feedback on in Settings so it feels like power Saving is off.

I'm not a battery expert nor EE, but think that the Ma value represents current flowing at a given point in time. My Note 3 shows 450 mA, @ 3.906 V at this point in time. I also have a 3100 mA battery.

I have had this problem and I don't think it has anything to do with an update. Install wake lock detector, enable the system information from the application menu, and let your phone alone for a while. If you see that your phone is awake for more than 10%, then you have a rogue app not allowing the phone to go into deep sleep. Understanding which app is causing the problem is not necessarily straight forward, I would recommend not using the phone as an alarm, disabling location reporting and history from Google settings and uninstalling Google keep. That did it for me. I have great battery life now:

As you can see in the image above, I did get the problem for a while, to the point that it managed to consume as much battery life as the screen after six hours of use, but I still got close to two days of battery. Pretty amazing, I love this phone!

I get a kick out of ppl complaining about battery life on the note. My iPhone lasted on average 5-6 hrs so of course I had to buy a Mophie which in turn kills the whole design of the phone.

The battery life on my note 3 sucks too. Everytime I charge my phone it will be 100% by like 4am, so I'll unplug it and leave it there. I don't even use it, because I'll be sleeping. Wake up around 10am, my battery life would be like 71%. like wth? I'm so pissed off.

turn off background sync, turn off data (wifi+mobile data) when not use. you would be surprised how hard various google "services" work in the background to send google every move you make.

I loose like 1 percent every 3 minutes and everything uses normal percantage of battery except screen it uses 58 %.
I turned off all smart modes and everything what I don't need.
Any help ?
