Battery Life on Tab S2 with Android 6.0.1

I gotta say that picking this tablet up was a good buy for me for the specific reasons that I wanted a tablet for it was a pretty good decision. This has been a great buy for me and I'm not regretting it one bit. I've been amazed with the battery life of this tablet and I hope Samsung continues to make tablets as well as Google because the only reason I'm still buying tablets now a days is because my surface pro 3 is not comfortable enough to hold for long periods of time and battery life on it is not the best for watching movies, reading comics and playing retro games on emulators like my favorite games of all time

Since I installed 6.0.1 my battery life is much better.

The weird part about marshmallow for me is I received it in my updates awhile back yet there are people located in the U.S who still don't have it ... I am located in Australia

I purchased mine at Costco last week and it had 6.0.1 already loaded. My husband and I both got one and so far they work great. My husband has issues with technology and I thought this tablet would make it easier for him since he has a Samsung phone also. I have never seen him so excited about technology of any kind. Personally, I think he just wanted to have a screen larger than his phone to troll around Facebook. LOL

Marshmallow has been fantastic on my 9.7 S2....not so much on my note 5 when it comes to battery life though

Latest battery life on my Tab S2 8.0. Gotta say that I'm impressed with how long I can actually use the tablet and make it last. Marshmallow is definitely great and is really tempting me to leave my iPhone and go back to android perhaps with a nexus.

My standby life went from 7 or 8 days to 2 days max. I can no longer power up, take off of airplane mode, do what I need, place in airplane mode and close lid

I just got home from a 4 day trip I left my s2 on the stand and it still had 44% battery. This is a WIN for me compared to lollipop I'd never get 4days much less still have battery to make it another day or more marshmellow has worked better for me that's for sure.
