Suggestion: Question #4... add Never seen it below 10% option... because I have never seen it get that low. Typically, I plug mine in every night when I go to bed, and unplug it when I get up in the morning... I usually have 30-40% life when I plug it in every night.

And #6, None of the above.

I could not complete your survey because it did not have the selection choices I could use.
