So, I am eligible for an upgrade in two weeks, and I have been doing a lot of research. I'm pretty much set on picking up an Android device for the first time. The Thunderbolt seems to be the choice, especially since the demise of the Bionic and such, although the battery life issue seems to worry me a little. I was tempted by the Charge, as I got to play with it yesterday at the Verizon store (they had one in the back), but that price tag is a burden. Still, the people there were pretty clueless about the Charge and its battery life and anything else aside from the spec sheet. All in all, I'm coming from a Pre Plus running on the Verizon network. I've had it for almost a year and a half now and I must say I've gotten pretty sick of it. I was wondering if anyone came from a Palm Pre, any variation, and could possibly provide some insight on the battery life comparison? I know that the Pre had a relatively intolerable battery life, often times not getting through the day unless I was around a charger throughout. So, how do the two stack up? Any responses are greatly appreciated! Thanks!
