Battery life too short!?? Any words of wisdom?? PLEASE!!

Can I please get some suggestions on how to extend my battery life? I know there are different Apps (battery saver, app frezer, etc) but which ones really work best and which ones should i use? :'confused:

well it depends are you running a custom rom/kernel?
many of these have battery saving enhancements over stock some dont it depends on the level of development for each

If your using a rooted system then google a list of junk files and just delete them. It free's up some space/ram/battery life

Also disable anything you're not currently using - GPS, Bluetooth, wifi, 3G, etc. They all eat some battery. Keep the screen as dim as you can use it, and keep it blank when you're not using it. The screen is a big battery hog.

ok heres a real solution
use email or gmail and delete the other one. thats the only junk file to remove.

on androidarea51.com follow these directions http://www.androidarea51.com/index.php?topic=1371.0 [backup ur apps first]

once u do that run cpu master [use google to find it]

install the kaing kernel

overclock main bar

underclock all profiles to 480mhz max

turn on vm heap [directions in post]

fast, added ram, 2gb internal, wifi teather, and good battery.
