battery life

My phone turns off at 30% or less.
I bought a new battery and still does the same thing.
What should i do?

When you say less how low does it go (percentage)? Also, are you doing anything in particular when it shuts off (e.g. playing games, watching youtube)?

The lowest i got was 15%
When it turns off usually i'm using social media apps

And the batter you purchased was new? I think this to be a battery issue. But to be sure, perform a factory reset (backup apps and data first).

I did factory reset it, it's still turning off!!

I found out my antivirus app AVG had some kind of battery monitor app built in and was turning my phone off at 30%. I deleted AVG! Solved the problem.
