Battery Low in Notification Toolbar

I keep getting a Low Battery in the notification toolbar? The battery is not low. It appears to be an ad? Are there any suggestions out there to get rid of it? I clear it, and the ad comes back the next day.

What apps have you downloaded recently? It sounds like a new app may be the culprit.
