Battery mod?

The battery mods are always out of stock in the Motorola store. And expensive everywhere else. Just found this and looks interesting. Is all sub c the same spec? Or is third party likely to fry my phone? I have used all kind of cheap cables no problem. But not sure about this. Never tried a usb c pack like this. But looks intresting. Its 5000 mah and clips on to the back so no bulk.
