Battery only charges to 99

My battery will only charge to 99, not 199. not a big deal but im trying to bump charge so i can't see the green light.
Any tips, ive discharged the battery completely. Took it out and back in.
I'm using official charger

Any ideas?

i'm having the same issue, wont go passed 99%... i have completely drained the battery and recharged and have reset the battery stats in recovery... nothing...

Use an app called current widget to check battery voltage. Regardless of what Android tells you the battery isn't fully charged until the voltage is 4.218. Have you left it on the charger overnight with the phone turned off? Generally it takes several hours to fully top off a battery.

this, or you could be a charging freak destin to see a green light and started to prematurely toast your battery?

well ok heres an update... i have got it to 100% and at 4200mV

as soon as i unplug it goes to: 99% and 4173mV

its not that big of a deal...i just dont get why it wont stay at 100%

more so i'm curious as to why it does this... its not a huge deal... i'm the kind of person that wants to know why something is happening and it will bug me until i know lol
