Battery or solar powered chargers

Is there anyway I can get a solar powered or AA battery powered charger for this phone? I am only asking cause the weekend of halloween we had a freak snowstorm that cut our power for 2 days. So I want a way to be able to charge my phone when there is a power outage.

You could get an external battery. It's basically a large Li-ion battery that you charge up when you have power, then use it to charge your devices via usb when you don't have power. I attached a picture of mine, taken with the iTouch 4's horrible camera. There's a load of them on Amazon and ebay in various sizes (mAh).
