Check out these, they are not 20000 Mah but they are good products. One has the quick charge 2.0 built in for the fast charging.

The Note 4 has a 3220mAh battery. Using the 40% rule, you'll have to provide 1932mAh to recharge the battery. Using the 40% rule on the 22,400mAh power bank, you'll get 13,440mAh of useful power before you should recharge the power bank, giving you almost 7 charges.
