So, I have a galaxy s6 but no warranty anymore. At one point, the phone started to have some major problems. If I didn't plug it on the charger it wouldn't even try to turn on. And when it was plugged, it said that my battery was at 99% and then if I tried to turn it on it would just go back to the charging screen. I took it to the assistance and they changed the battery. The problem happened again and then changed it again (being obvious that the problem is not the battery). Now this is happening again and I wonder what the problem might be. The difference is that sometimes I can get it to work, like how it's working right now, but I'm afraid it will turn itself on again and back to the same problem.
What could be the problem? Should I do a factory reset?
