Battery problem with Nexus 6P

Hello everybody hope all doing well,I've been having a few battery problems with my Nexus 6P it frequently powers down on me even though I have 0-60% battery,I didn't buy any warranty for the phone but I still have a year left on my contract.Is there anything I or Google or my phone contract company could do it's becoming a problem now? Thank you

how long have you had it if you had for sometime then your warranty is up if not just call Google when my 6p was giving me issues Google just replaced it with an pixel the first one
