Battery problems with black hole 4.01

Installed this rom from rom manager and my battery dies super quick.any ideas why?

i got the same problem. the battery drains fast with blackhole for me.

So you never resolved it and switched to another rom I'm assuming, right?

I had the same problem. How i fixed it was the Battery fix on XDA forum and removed Beautiful widgets. Battery life is better now just still not as good as it was with dl09 and stupidfast 12/20 kernel. Beautiful widgets always sucked down my battery, just thought it wouldn't on Froyo but i was wrong.
