Battery Problems

I'm using a Verizon S6 with Marshmallow. I had my phone in power saving mode all day, but with less than 1 hour of screen time, the battery was at 30 percent. This is the first time that the battery has depleted so quickly. The Android OS was the culprit, as it was using over 50 percent of the energy. I turned my phone off, and I hope it will be better after a reset. Has anyone experienced this?

it could be just a glitch. have you disabled any apps?

I have a lot of apps disabled – mostly the bloatware and a few stock apps. I recently disabled some voice app by Samsung, but I'm not sure if that caused the problem. I reenabled it just in case, and the battery seems to be doing better today.
