Just got a brand new EVO 3d from Insurance. The problem I'm having is sometimes if the phone turns off for more than a couple minutes it won't come on until I do a battery pull. It happens a 2-3 times per day. I contacted the ins and they won't do anything until they can replicate the issue. Anyone else have this issue? Any advice on a fix? My software is up to date.
