Battery pulls do not help your droid

Isn't the battery pull pretty much the last resort anyway? Who wants to pull it if it isn't necessary. I

For a Droid, possibly yes (last resort). For a BB, it's the only way to make it work (for a few hours at a time )

Hold CTRL+ALT+DELETE if you want a 'clean' restart.

The only time I pulled the battery was to see what was behind it... On my Storm1 that was a different story.

I pulled that battery out so many freakin times!

I'm surprised the OP never followed up with any sort of explanation. While their is a lot of good information in this thread, the case for not doing a battery pull was never made IMHO.
